1. Introduction

These terms and conditions are applicable to individuals using iBrow Studio's services or making service bookings. No alternative terms will be considered unless agreed upon in writing with iBrow Studio. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from booking any treatments with iBrow Studio.

2. Definitions

2.1.

Permanent Makeup refers to the permanent implantation of coloured pigmentation into the skin for cosmetic purposes, encompassing both the process and its results. Results naturally fade over time, accelerated by factors like skincare acids, retinol use, oily skin, sun exposure, and low iron levels (as the pigment is plant-based). Recommended top-up treatments occur every year. Complete removal often requires a series of laser treatments.

2.2.

"Unsuitable Medical Condition" refers to any medical condition that deems a treatment unsuitable for you, whether explicitly mentioned in the Consent Form or not.

3. Service Conditions

3.1.

You recognise that the services are exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above, and no one under 18 will receive treatment.

3.2.

Under no circumstances can you undergo treatment if you are pregnant.

3.3.

You affirm, with advice from your General Practitioner as needed, that you do not have any Unsuitable Medical Condition.

3.4.

You agree to read and adhere to the recommendations provided by iBrow Studio.

3.5

It is understood that you will pre-approve both the shape and colour of the Semi-Permanent Makeup at the start of your treatment.

4. Risk

4.1

We use numbing cream as part of the procedure, which may cause allergic reactions for some individuals.

4.2

Flaking of the skin may occur as part of the healing process.

4.3

There is a risk that the colour of Semi-Permanent Makeup may not precisely match your chosen pigmentation colour.

4.4

Issues may arise from incorrectly following aftercare instructions.

4.5

While iBrow Studio strives to provide satisfactory services, individual results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and metabolism. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee specific results, and we are not liable for outcomes that differ from expectations.

4.6

In extremely rare instances, pigment may not adhere well due to varying skin types. While we strive for best practices, we are not accountable for low or no pigment uptake. Certain skin types may not maintain the sharpness of pigmented hair strokes, and in rare cases, the strokes may blur over time.

4.7

You commit to contacting iBrow Studio in case of dissatisfaction. Where required, we may advice follow-up procedures.

5. Non-Disparagement

5.1.

Unhappiness with outcomes doesn't grant the right to post defamatory comments online or elsewhere about your treatment, iBrow Studio, or its staff. You understand that iBrow Studio will take measures to safeguard its reputation and staff from such publications.

6. Privacy

6.1.

The Consent Form is a record of your informed consent for the treatment. iBrow Studio is dedicated to safeguarding your personal information and does not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

6.2.
